Synopsis

In a small village in Aisne, three generations of stockbreeders and graziers navigate the rhythms of rural life. The family’s connection to farming mirrors the historical fate of the medieval "villain," bound to serve the land. As mechanization, television, and shopping malls reshape their existence, the film captures the subtle shifts in their daily lives.
