Synopsis

Bakhtegan Wetland shows signs of severe decline. In nearby semi-abandoned villages, a few remaining inhabitants face an uncertain future. The Khasham Neshi-nan, nomadic tent dwellers, live in half-stone, half-tent shelters. Many are weary from age, while younger members have left traditional herding for labor in distant stone mines. The film captures their struggles against a backdrop of environmental collapse, reflecting the challenges of human existence in a changing ecosystem.
