A heartbroken traveler wanders through desolate scenes, reflecting on loss and absence. Directed by Gao Zipeng, "Lost in the Mountain" premiered on March 27, 2011, at UCCA. The film features performances by poet A Jian, Xiao Zhao, and writer Gou Zi. Inspired by a true crime incident, it intertwines themes of longing with imagery reminiscent of Ma Zhiyuan's poem "Autumn Thoughts." The film's narrative unfolds over three years of production.
