Synopsis
Lorenzo 'Fatcat' Nichols runs a drug empire from a deli on 107th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens, during the 1980s. His organization distributes cocaine and heroin, fueling violence in the neighborhood. After the murder of his parole officer, Brian Rooney, the NYPD and FBI intensify their efforts to dismantle Nichols' operation. Despite multiple arrests, the violence escalates, culminating in the death of rookie officer Eddie Burn. Nichols eventually pleads guilty to conspiracy to import cocaine and receives a 35-year sentence.
