Logistics is a 2012 Swedish experimental film created by Erika Magnusson and Daniel Andersson. It follows the production cycle of a pedometer in reverse chronological order, starting from its sale in Stockholm and tracing back to its manufacture in Shenzhen, China. The film is unique in its real-time filming approach, capturing the entire journey over a duration of 51,420 minutes, making it the longest film ever made. The production began in 2008 when the filmmakers questioned the origins of modern electronic gadgets. They traveled through various locations including Insjön, Gothenburg, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Algeciras, and Málaga, before reaching the factory in Bao'an, Shenzhen. The project received funding from the Innovativ Kultur Foundation and Kulturbryggan, and it was screened for the first time at Uppsala City Library from December 1, 2012, to January 6, 2013.
