Synopsis
Penny Andrea, a British artist and filmmaker, uses her drawings created over thirty years to depict the origin of a rare brain tumour linked to her childhood. Diagnosed in her late twenties, Andrea reflects on her recovery from traumatic brain injury through her art. The film combines drawings and video to illustrate her experiences of trauma and healing. "Locks & Keys, Water, Trees" runs for 99 minutes and was released in 2021.
