Zhongshan Hall, the historic venue of the first Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival, serves as the backdrop for Tsai Ming-liang's film. The director reflects on his past, recalling his time as a volunteer ticket seller during university. He later won the top award at the Taipei Film Festival, also held at this location. Returning to Zhongshan Hall, he turns off the lights, allowing the warm winter sun to fill the space, connecting memories of his coffeehouse and classic film screenings with the present.
