Synopsis

Rhythm & Hues Studios in Los Angeles won an Academy Award for visual effects on Life of Pi in 2013. Just two weeks later, the studio filed for bankruptcy. Life After Pi details the challenges faced by visual effects professionals in a volatile industry. It also looks at changes in the global film market. Directed by Scott Leberecht, this 30-minute documentary is the first chapter of the upcoming feature-length project Hollywood Ending.
