Synopsis

Kmao, a young boy from the slums of Phnom Penh, aspires to dance as Hanuman, the revered white monkey in Cambodian culture. His ambition leads him to audition for the Royal University of Fine Arts, where he successfully gains admission to study ballet. "Learning the White Monkey Dance," directed by Jérôme Segur and produced by Manuel Catteau, is part of the series "Little Man" and highlights the cultural significance of dance in Cambodia, showcasing Kmao's dedication and passion for his art.
