Synopsis

Ten job seekers gather in a conference room for a two-day recruitment session in France. They compete for a sales position in the insurance field, facing an unconventional hiring process that resembles a reality TV challenge. As they engage in interviews, they confront the stigma of unemployment and the emotional strain of seeking minimum wage work.
