Synopsis
In Dawson City, Canada, two Arctic foxes, Kina and Yuk, prepare to start their family. As global warming alters their environment, food becomes scarce. Yuk ventures farther each day to find sustenance. A sudden fracture in the melting ice separates the pair, leaving them isolated on different ice fragments. They must navigate new dangers and unfamiliar territories in hopes of reuniting before their offspring arrive. The film combines real wildlife footage with a scripted narrative, narrated by Virginie Efira in French and Benedetta Rossi in Italian.
