Synopsis

Twelve-year-old Anna undergoes a controversial liposuction procedure in a bid to combat her weight gain. Her story illustrates the extreme measures some individuals take in response to rising obesity rates in the United States. Filmmaker Neil Labute shares his own struggles with obesity, adding a personal perspective to the public health crisis.
