Synopsis

Joey Ally’s short film follows a group of immigrant manicurists at Joy Joy Nails. Sarah, the manager, runs the salon with a cheerful yet firm approach. Tensions rise when Chinese Mia, a manicurist trainee, appears to be vying for the affections of Sarah's boss's son. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that beneath the surface of humor and rivalry, each character grapples with their own struggles and vulnerabilities, revealing that everyone is a victim in this competitive environment.
