Toots Hibbert and The Congos perform in Jamaica during the peak of the reggae scene in 1980. The film features rare early footage of The Congos, who perform songs from their 1977 album "Heart Of The Congos." Lee Perry produced this album at Black Ark studios, where much of reggae music flourished. Shot in the vibrant context of the era, the documentary captures the energy and creativity of these influential artists.
