Synopsis
Hana Brady, a young Jewish girl from Czechoslovakia, became a victim of the Holocaust. Her story is intertwined with that of her brother, George Brady, who survived and later emigrated to Canada. Fumiko Ishioka, a Japanese educator, seeks to identify the owner of Hana's suitcase, which holds remnants of her life. Directed by Larry Weinstein, the film premiered at the Victoria Film Festival in February 2009 and was nominated for a Genie Award for Best Feature Length Documentary in 2010.
