Synopsis

Teresa directs an emergency shelter at Lisbon’s largest sports centre in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The facility becomes a temporary home for people experiencing homelessness. Residents form a self-organised community, finding support and connection. The film follows Tiago and Plácido, two friends, as they face daily challenges and seek a new beginning. Their experiences reflect the struggle for belonging in a society marked by indifference.
