Synopsis

Members of West Ham's "Inter-City Firm" travel by first class ticket to attend football matches, often with violence in mind. The documentary questions these individuals about their motivations and attitudes toward football-related aggression. Sociologists from Leicester University, who have studied the social roots of spectator violence for five years, provide insights into the issue. The film also assesses the perspectives of politicians, sociologists, and the Popplewell report regarding football violence and public opinion.
