Synopsis
Madhulika Jalali returns to Rainawari, a suburb of Srinagar, 24 years after her family fled due to Kashmir’s separatist insurgency. As a child, she had no memories of her birthplace. In her search for identity, she records conversations on the streets and shares family stories. These accounts reveal connections that transcend religion and politics while reflecting on the lasting impact of exile across generations.
