Synopsis
September 23, 1917, marks a fierce aerial battle as German ace Werner Voss engages six British pilots in a dogfight over no man's land. Voss, flying a prototype Fokker triplane, demonstrates his skill against British S.E.5. pilots, including Richard Mabery and Arthur Rhys-Davids. Despite inflicting damage on his opponents, Voss ultimately succumbs to enemy fire after ten minutes of intense combat, crashing to the ground at the age of 20. His final moments are witnessed by fellow pilot James McCudden.
