Synopsis

Alun, a thirty-four-year-old dancer, formed Taiwan's first hip-hop group, 'The Party,' after the end of totalitarian rule in the early 1990s. Now, he prepares to compete in Juste Debout, a global street dance competition in Paris. Meanwhile, eight high school students, half Alun's age, make up the group 'Undergradu-eight.' They aim to achieve their dreams through hip-hop in a society that increasingly embraces pop culture. The documentary captures their contrasting experiences and aspirations.
