Dr. Wafaa Khater, a particle physicist, joins three other women in Palestine and Barcelona as they engage in practices of resistance against military occupation. Olympian swimmer Sabine Hazboun, marathon-runner Diala Isid, and yoga instructor Eilda Zaghmout each utilize their bodies and minds to foster well-being. Through their actions, they confront oppression and promote a sense of agency. The 19-minute documentary captures their stories and the environments that shape their experiences.
