Synopsis
Pablo Medina, a Paraguayan journalist, was shot and killed in 2014 while sitting in his car. He reported on corruption and deforestation in the border region with Brazil. The film follows Medina’s father as he travels through this area, reflecting on his son’s work. It also covers the trial of Medina’s killers in the capital. A safety manual for journalists, developed after Medina’s murder, guides the narrative. The documentary runs for eight minutes and was released in 2018.
