Synopsis

Tim Macartney-Snape leads a US team on an expedition to Gasherbrum IV, an 8,000-meter mountain located on the border of Pakistan and China in the Karakoram Range. The film captures the challenges faced by the climbers as they attempt to reach the summit of this symmetrical pyramid of rock and ice. Macartney-Snape becomes the first member of his team to achieve this goal, declaring the climb to be harder than Everest. Directed by Bob Connolly, the documentary runs for 58 minutes.
