Gyani Maiya Sen-Kusunda stands in Kulmor, Dang District, Nepal, as the last fluent speaker of the Mihaq language. Her community, known as Kusunda, faces the threat of losing their language and cultural identity. The film captures her reflections on the changes affecting her people, including the trend of young couples moving away. After her passing in 2020, her sister, Kamala Sen Khatri, and researcher Uday Raj Aaley work to revive their language and heritage.
