Gwetto

Synopsis

Jelco, Justin, Rabetsy, and Mamy work at a car wash in Tamatave, Madagascar's economic capital. They are illegal immigrants facing discrimination from their employers and local residents. The community accuses them of contributing to violence in the neighborhood. Gwetto tells their stories, focusing on the struggles of those economically displaced. With a runtime of 52 minutes, the film presents the challenges they endure and their efforts to survive in a hostile environment.
