Mohamedou Ould Slahi spent 14 years imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay after being accused of ties to Al-Qaeda. His best-selling book, Guantanamo Diary, details the torture he endured from masked interrogators known as “Special Projects.” Now free, Slahi collaborates with investigative journalist John Goetz to locate these interrogators, including the elusive Mr. X. Instead of seeking vengeance, Slahi invites them to tea, aiming for a conversation about his experiences and their actions.
