Cristina, Elvira, and other students formed the Green Team in 1978 during Argentina’s last military dictatorship. They did not make the school’s main sports teams. The secondary school served as a backdrop for their lives, marked by silence and complicity. Many students lost their collective dreams amidst state violence. This group of young people navigated their identities without projects or guidance in the aftermath of genocide.
