Synopsis
In Vienna, filmmaker Joe Berlinger attends the burial of over 700 preserved brains from a Nazi 'euthanasia' clinic in spring 2002. He seeks out Dr. Heinrich Gross, a figure linked to these atrocities and often referred to as the 'Austrian Dr. Mengele.' The film includes testimonies from survivors and others confronting Austria's historical denial of this dark chapter. Their accounts reveal a persistent struggle for acknowledgment and justice for the victims of the clinic.
