In the Shaba Reserve, Kenya, the Gerenuk, a gazelle known for its long neck, thrives in a challenging environment. The term 'Gerenuk' is derived from Somali, meaning 'giraffe's neck'. These unique animals have adapted remarkably to the scarcity of water, capable of going months without drinking.
