Synopsis

Filip, a social work student from Prague, documents his experiences on the streets of Ústí nad Labem. During the summer of 2020, he faces the daily struggle of finding food and shelter amid a growing housing crisis in the Czech Republic. Before the pandemic, nearly 24,000 people were homeless. As unemployment rises, Filip captures moments of human connection and support that provide brief relief in a challenging environment. His video journal reflects the harsh conditions many endure.
