Synopsis

Fifteen-year-old Jędrek enters a juvenile prison, cut off from his family. He faces a new and difficult environment. Initially, he feels scared and alone. Over time, he forms a friendship with Wojtek, another inmate. Together, they navigate life in the facility. The documentary follows Jędrek's experiences over two years as he adapts to his surroundings and builds connections. Directed by Tomasz Pawlik, "Freshman" runs for 25 minutes.
