Synopsis
At a reunification rally in South Korea, long-term women prisoners reflect on their past as captured communist guerillas. Despite decades of imprisonment and social ostracization, they continue to advocate for national democracy. The film follows their participation in protests against the war in Iraq, meetings with younger activists, and a visit to the DPRK for the Inter-Korean Women’s Reunification Rally. They also reminisce with comrades and tend to family matters.
