Synopsis
Setting up a tent near the Naeseong stream in 2008, the director began filming the dramatic changes brought by the Four River Governmental Project. The natural flow that sustained life for millions of years was abruptly disrupted. Once celebrated for its golden sands, the area now appears desolate, replaced by dark pebbles. The film captures the environmental impact of this governmental initiative and its consequences for the local ecosystem.
