Synopsis
A shadow dances in a public market in New Orleans. Over five years, footage from New York City, Berlin, Barcelona, and other cities captures fleeting moments and minor events. A kite dives into the ground, and a smoker exhales in Havana. These fragments form a narrative about observation and the act of carrying a camera, even without a clear purpose. "Flutter" runs for 14 minutes and presents a collection of overlooked sketches from urban life.
