Synopsis

Lee Domann recalls his childhood in Nashville. He wrote a song about his classmate Howard Ray, who faced bullying and social isolation. The film follows Lee’s memories leading to the song's creation. It shows his reunion with Howard three decades later. David Levine, the educator and musician, reflects on how the song impacted his work with students across the United States.
