Escape from Irpin

Synopsis

Irpin, a small town just outside Kyiv, faces relentless attacks from Russian forces since the invasion began. Hundreds of residents attempt to flee the escalating danger, relying on buses for escape, despite the constant threat of shelling. One woman reflects on her parents' experiences with war, expressing disbelief that her generation must face similar horrors. Sanya, a bus driver, recounts the harrowing moment when shelling occurred on the road ahead of him while transporting sixteen passengers, including children. He is determined to deliver them to safety amidst the chaos surrounding Irpin.
