Synopsis
Eight women gather in the Sandover River region of central Australia, about 250km north of Alice Springs. Over five days in Alyawarr Country, they hunt echidna and collect bush foods, including bush potato. Each evening, they prepare meals around a campfire, sharing stories from their past. The film captures their experiences in this traditional setting, reflecting on the changes in their lives over time. Directed by Dena Curtis, the documentary runs for 22 minutes.
