Synopsis

On January 25, the third anniversary of the popular uprising against President Mubarak, Egypt faces turmoil rather than celebration. Despite the significance of the day, bomb attacks in Cairo leave six dead, and security forces are on high alert, enforcing a zero-tolerance policy towards protests. As revolutionaries take to the streets, they chant slogans against police brutality, reminiscent of the earlier uprising. Tahrir Square becomes a focal point, with pro-Sisi military supporters clashing with protesters. The atmosphere is tense, and police quickly disperse the crowds before they can reach Tahrir Square. Protesters resort to carrying posters of General Sisi to blend in and avoid confrontation. The scene is marked by applause and music, contrasting sharply with the hostility towards dissenters, highlighting the ongoing struggle for freedom in Egypt.
