Synopsis

Less than 15 out of 5,000 murders result in a conviction in Guatemala City, highlighting a severe crisis in the judicial system. A culture of political repression and intimidation has created a climate where citizens are hesitant to trust law enforcement. This documentary follows an elite special homicide task force that processes up to 30 killings a night, utilizing C.S.I. training to improve their investigative techniques.
