Inside the former GES-2 electric power station in Moscow, the V-A-C art foundation prepares to transform the site into a cultural hub. In 2017, before renovations began, the Geometry of Now festival took place within its walls. The event marked the first display in Russia of Wassily Kandinsky’s painting Dramatic and Mild. To view the artwork, attendees entered a workers’ recreation room measuring just 4 x 4 metres, creating an intimate setting for the historic exhibition.
