Synopsis
Sonam, Kunchok, and Lhakpa remain in Dhye village, a remote settlement in Upper Mustang, Nepal, despite the challenges posed by climate change. Water scarcity has led most villagers to abandon their homes for the new town of Chambaleh, where they cultivate commercial apple crops. In contrast, Kunchok and Lhakpa choose to stay with their livestock and fields, determined to maintain their connection to the land. The 27-minute film captures their struggle against an increasingly desiccated environment.
