Synopsis

Aye Chan Naing returns to Myanmar after 20 years in exile. As chief editor of The Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB), he and reporter Than Win Htut worked from Oslo to advocate for democracy and freedom of speech. Now, they travel back to their homeland to assess the state of democracy and press freedom. With hopes of continuing their journalistic work, they carry a vision for a more open society in a country they deeply cherish.
