Synopsis
Torneälven flows through Tornedalen in northern Sweden, where a unique summer dance track connects nearby villages. Each night features a different style, with cheek-to-cheek dancing in Sweden followed by tango in Finland. The Swedish-Finnish dance group, known as Sääskisafari, invites participants to enjoy the bright summer nights, complete with the sounds of the river and swarming mosquitoes. This 29-minute documentary captures the vibrant atmosphere of the seasonal festivities.
