Dangerous Games

Synopsis

Children in a small house filled with oversized furniture play war in a rice field in Asia. Dressed in army clothes, they form two armies using toys, laser weapons, and helicopters. As their game progresses, they mimic scenes from television, including negotiations and death. At the end, they deposit their weapons outside the house. The smallest child ignites a pile of toys with a burning bramble stick. An estimated 200,000 to 300,000 children are involved in armed conflicts worldwide. Dangerous Games is a work of fiction.
