Synopsis

At a psychiatric daycare hospital in Martinique, a young artist-researcher leads Bèlè dance and music workshops. The film intertwines the director's personal reflections with the experiences of individuals living with psychiatric diagnoses. Through dance and music, participants engage with their emotions and histories, connecting to the ancestral roots of Bèlè. The 63-minute documentary captures the interactions and transformations that occur within this unique setting.
