Synopsis
Cambridge engineer Dr. Hugh Hunt tests a bouncing bomb on a dam, aiming to replicate the work of British aircraft designer Barnes Wallis. Wallis developed this innovative weapon in 1939 to breach German dams during World War II. The bomb gained fame after the successful Operation Chastise raid in 1943 and the 1955 film "The Dam Busters." Hunt's experiment marks the first attempt to recreate Wallis's calculations and engineering feats since the war.
