Synopsis
In Buenos Aires, the ruins of the Sport City of La Boca and the Interama amusement park stand as remnants of past dictatorships. Built during the regimes of Onganía and the last military government, these sites now lie in decay. Surrounding them are settlements and shanty towns where thousands live in extreme poverty, many of whom are migrants. Filmmaker Oesterheld captures the daily lives of these individuals as they traverse these historical spaces, presenting a city marked by its past and present.
