Synopsis
Two lifelong friends, known as 1203 and 1204, share a dream of becoming cosmonauts. They train rigorously, passing physical tests and simulating space travel by bouncing on their beds. When 1203 is selected for a mission, communication is lost shortly after launch, suggesting a tragic outcome. Grief-stricken, 1204 remains in his spacesuit, ultimately found in a fetal position. The film concludes with a surreal scene of 1204 drifting through space, joined by the spirit of his friend.
