Synopsis

In 2016, Etecsa, the only telephone company in Cuba, installs wifi routers in 18 public parks across the country. This initiative allows many Cubans to access the internet for the first time. The documentary focuses on a wifi park in Havana, showcasing how it transforms into a vibrant meeting place. Daily, crowds gather with smartphones, tablets, and chairs around the wifi antennas, celebrating their newfound connectivity with shouts of 'conectifai!' This scene highlights the social impact of technology in Cuba, as people come together to share experiences and information in a previously disconnected environment.
