Synopsis

In Puerto Rico, nearly four months after Hurricane Maria, residents face ongoing challenges. Only half of the island has restored power. Director Verónica Ortiz Calderón captures personal stories of struggle and recovery. The film presents images of communities working together to rebuild their lives. It reflects the determination of the people as they confront the aftermath of the storm. "Candlelight" runs for eight minutes and is presented in Spanish.
